Dandelion
One dandelion (in Dutch: paardenbloem). The whole object is made from highest quality French cotton paper and painted in professional level watercolors. It is about 26 cm long and weights about 3 grams. It is made from 16 layers of handcut petals. Since it is handmade, there are variations between each object, and it might not look exactly like in the picture. It can be kept in normal daylight, and can be carefully dusted by blowing on it. The stem has an open slit going up on the backside (see photos). It is most suitable to stand in a small vase. The glass bottle in the picture is 10 cm high, and is not included. Made from scratch in Amsterdam, based on a local specimen, signed and dated.
